An apple a day keeps the doctor away
Ever since one of my family members fell ill, my perspective on eating has changed. I somewhat believe in eating healthily from a young age to prevent unwanted disease when you're older. So I cut down on my junk food consumption, deep fried food, and any food that is basically not good for your body. It's hard, I must say. It's even harder to resist the temptation of seafood. But what can I do? If I want to change somebody's eating habit, I have to change mine first. So hopefully he will see and understand that he's not changing alone. We are all with him.
